BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservation:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking.
• Payment by bank transfer.
• Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation

Flexible - 7 days in the reserved periods of Low and Mid Season from 7th January to 31st May and from 1st October to 19th December

• Cancellation free of charge till 7 days before arrival.
• The customer pays 50% of the total cost on booking, the remaining cost of 50% 8 days before arrival.
• For cancellations made in the last 7 days before arrival shows the 50% booking amount will be applied.
• If the customer does not show up, he must pay the total amount (100%).
• Departures earlier than foresee will be charged at 100% of the remaining booking amount.
• Refund within 30 days

Semi-flexible - 60 days in the reserved periods of Mid and High Season from 1st June to 30th September and from 20th December to 6th January 

• Cancellation free of charge till 60 days before arrival.
• The customer pays 50% of the total cost on booking, the remaining cost of 50% 30 days before arrival.
• Any cancellation made from 60 to 30 days before arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
• For cancellations made in the last 30 days before arrival or no shows the total booking amount will be applied.
• Departures earlier than foresee will be charged at 100% of the remaining booking amount.
• Refund in 30 days.

CHECK-IN  FROM 16.00 TO 22.00

CHECK-OUT FROM 7.00 TO 10.00

For arrivals or departures at different times, please inform us in advance, in order to organize.

Stays can have a minimum duration of 3 days, excluding the high season, July and August, where a minimum period of 7 days is required.
